Basic Credit Conversion for Meeting Notes

At meeting.ai, we've designed our credit system to be straightforward and transparent

1 Credit equals to 1,000 seconds of meeting notes

This means that for every 1,000 seconds (approximately 16.7 minutes) of meeting recording processed, 1 credit is used from your account.


Credit Usage by Feature

Different features in meeting.ai have their own credit rates, allowing us to offer a variety of AI capabilities with transparent pricing:

Meeting Notes

Rate: 1 Credit for 1,000 seconds of meeting notes

Example calculations:

  • 30-minute meeting = 1.8 Credits (1,800 seconds)

  • 1-hour meeting = 3.6 Credits (3,600 seconds)

  • 2-hour meeting = 7.2 Credits (7,200 seconds)

Improve Notes

Rate: Variable based on the chosen AI model and the length of your meeting notes

  • The more advanced the AI model, the higher the credit usage

  • The exact credit cost will be displayed before you use this feature

For complete transparency, meeting.ai always displays the estimate credit cost before you use any feature. This allows you to make informed decisions about how to use your credits and choose the appropriate AI features for your needs.
