Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 7 days free trial is widely available (except some regions). Click 'Start Free Trial' button on the header to choose a package, input your payment method, and start free trial. You are free to cancel before free trial period ends. We will automatically charge your credit card and start subscription after free trial ended.


How does the subscription work?

Our subscription works on a monthly or annual basis. We top up credit into your account every month based on your chosen plan. Free benefit limit will be reset every month.


When will my credits expire?

All credits expire 90 days after successful payment. You can view the expiration dates of your credits on the Credits page in our web app and mobile app.


What happens to expired credits?

Expired credits cannot be used again and will be automatically removed from your balance.


Can I purchase credits without a subscription?

No, credit packs can only be purchased with an active subscription.


Is there a limit to how many credits I can purchase?

There is no upper limit on credit purchases. For purchases of more than 36,000 credits or custom invoicing, please contact [email protected].


Can I share credits with my team?

For multiple seat purchases and team credit management, please contact us at [email protected].


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and other payment options supported by Stripe in your region.


Can I cancel anytime? What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel your subscription, you can still use the credit until it runs out or expires.
