Understanding the New Credit System

Announcing our new Credit system. What is Credits? Why the change to Credits?

Updated over 3 months ago

What is Credits?

Credits is the our new currency system in meeting.ai that allow you to access various features and functionalities. We've transitioned from measuring usage in seconds to a more flexible credit-based system.

1 Credit equals to 1,000 seconds of meeting notes

This conversion makes it easier to understand your usage and provides more flexibility in how you utilize meeting.ai's capabilities.

If you're an existing meeting.ai user, your remaining seconds have been automatically converted to credits based on the 1,000 seconds = 1 Credit rule.

  • Your migration is complete

  • No action is required from your side

  • Your new credit balance reflects this conversion

  • All your existing features and access remain unchanged

You can continue using meeting.ai seamlessly with your new credits balance.
